March 2006: WE GO DIAMOND (ALSO GOLD FOR SCOTLAND) ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The mood was of elation at Midland when the results of our latest ISO9001 Customer Satisfaction Survey were received – we at Nottingham are now the very proud owners of the Diamond Award, the highest standard possible!  Our East Kilbride branch have also achieved Gold status at their first attempt – well done to our team north of the border! As ever our customers’ needs are paramount and we continually strive to adapt our procedures to ensure that they meld seamlessly with those of our clients.  It must work – thank you to everyone who was contacted as part of the survey, and for your wonderful comments (a few are below).  Now all we have to do is keep at this highest level – no pressure then!
