March 2008 - GREAT TEAMWORK!

The team at Midland had a visit this week from another winning team - the NOTTINGHAM PANTHERS.  Star players Jon Coleman (left) and Ryan Schmyr popped in to see our MD Richard Johnson with the Challenge Cup that the Panthers won in a nerve-wracking 9-7 victory over the Sheffield Steelers that kept everyone on the edge of their seats!  Midland have been proud to sponsor the Panthers for some years now as part of our commitment to the community, and we have been able to introduce a considerable number of new fans to the exciting sport of ice hockey since we began!  We congratulate the boys for their fantastic achievements so far this season and wish them every success with their remaining battles - thanks for the great entertainment guys!
