Panel Filters

Our panel filter stocks run into the tens of thousands to ensure ready availability for our customers. Amongst the options are:

G2/G3 Grade filters

G3 grade disposable filters for general heating and air conditioning applications. Spun glass fibre in a moisture resistant card frame. Standard sizes held in stock in 20mm and 45mm depths, all other sizes made in-house to order.

Synthetic panel filters

We can also supply G3/G4 grade panel filters with a synthetic media, available in 15mm, 20mm and 45mm thicknesses.

Pleated panel filters

We stock a wide range of pleated panels from G4 grade through to F8, and can also supply other variants to order. Pleated panel filters are suitable in the lower efficiencies for general heating and air conditioning, and for pre-filtering higher spec filters such as bags, carbons, etc.

G4 GRADE – economy and higher quality options are on the shelf in all standard sizes in 20mm, 45mm and 95mm thick with card or high wet strength board frames, and non-standard sizes are manufactured in-house to ensure a speedier turnaround. We also stock flanged side-access pleated panels in 98mm thickness. Metal framed pleated panels and panels with carbon impregnated media can be supplied to order.

F5, F6, F7 and F8 GRADE standard sizes are held in stock with high wet strength board frames in 48mm and 98mm thick, and non-standard sizes are made in-house to order. Should you need metal framed pleats these can be ordered in.

Slimline filters

we can supply slimline filters (also known as wire frames, circa frames and peri frames) for fan coil units in a vast array of sizes to order. Options are available with synthetic, reticulated foam and nylon mesh media.

Pad Frames

We are able to supply to order virtually any size of pad holding frame – and of course the disposable media pads to fit into them!
