Midland Filtration Ltd is a leading company in the filtration industry which celebrated its 40th year in business last year – we are a friendly, family run business providing high-quality services and solutions to our clients. We are proud of our dynamic and growing team, who are dedicated to offering top-tier services in duct cleaning and fire damping testing. As part of out expansion, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Service Engineer to join our Service Division.
As a Service Engineer at Midland Filtration Ltd you will play a key role in maintaining the safety and quality of our clients systems. You will be trained on the job to perform the following duties:
Please note- No Previous experience is required for this role, as we will provide full training to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed. Generous holidays – Christmas shutdown period – Paid.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining ducting systems.
- Conducting fire damper tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Filter changing
- Carrying out general maintenance and system checks.
- Providing excellent customer service during on-site visits.
- Working as part of a team visiting sites across the UK
- Varied start and finish times, occasional work away from home
Requirements
- Enthusiasm, reliability and commitment to delivering high standards of work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities
- Good communication skills and a customer focused attitude
- Mon-Fri
- Basic 40 Hours per week – With occasional unsociable Hours
