We appreciate that reliable service is paramount to mechanical and electrical contractors and FM companies as you need to be sure that the filters and belts will be waiting on site when your engineer to goes to fit them.
We work very closely to plan a service method tailored to each contractor’s needs, whether you require scheduled deliveries for planned maintenance visits or for us to stock particular bespoke products against your call-off.
We also build up databases of site details if required, allowing the engineer to quickly request a set of filters and belts for a site rather than having to go and compile a list before they contact us.
We are happy to box and label according to AHU or building to make life easier for your engineers – this is a free of charge service.
PODs are available whenever required – there is nothing more annoying to an engineer than arriving on site to be told that the filters aren’t there. Nine times out of ten the site will have received the delivery but just squirrelled it away somewhere!
