We just want to let all our customers and suppliers know that until the Covid-19 situation improves we have put in place reduced opening hours, so until you hear otherwise our branches will now be open between 8.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Although we are still supplying critical customers such as food factories, hospitals, health centres, supermarkets, police, rail networks and laboratories there has been the expected loss of business to retail premises, cinema chains, pubs, restaurants and hotels. We are therefore trialling this new arrangement based on the reduced workload and shall be reviewing it regularly.
Please rest assured that you can still contact us either by email or phone – our answerphone will be on when the offices are closed – and we shall get back to you on the next working day.
We are sure that you are with us in hoping for an improved situation sooner rather than later, and in the meantime we are still here to supply your filter and belt requirements – we shall look forward to hearing from you!
