After what feels like an interminable wait for replacement parts we are now SO happy to say that we have our phone system back at Nottingham!
It has been a real test trying to cope with a divert onto a single mobile phone – our poor receptionists have spent half their time running round the building to various departments so a massive shout-out to them in particular! We have heard of the odd occasion where a customer hasn’t been able to get through and their voicemail hasn’t been returned either, so please accept our apologies if this happened to you – it seems diverting to a mobile wasn’t that successful but we really didn’t have any other choice.
Please let us know if we haven’t got back to you on anything, and rest assured that normal service has now been resumed – we’ve never appreciated our phone system so much!
