We’re very sad to have to say goodbye to Marie Hewitt – our Nottingham Assistant Sales Office Manager, as she has decided to take early retirement to spend more time with her family and help with the childcare of her little grandson Thomas.
Marie has been a part of Midland for what seems like forever so will really be missed. She joined us way back in 1998 in our first commercial premises, starting off at just a few hours a week to work around her small daughter. Since that time she has seen 2 office moves and has worked her way up through the ranks to help run the busy sales office at Nottingham, gaining vast amounts of experience along the way.
Marie has always been a popular team member with our customers and has built up some special relationships over the years, so we know she will be missed by them as well – but please rest assured that although we can never replace her the rest of our team are looking forward to strengthening our own relationships with our lovely customers from now on. We shall also shortly be welcoming Nina Coverley to join the Sales team and help us in our task – we all look forward to hearing from you!
In the meantime enjoy your new-found freedom Marie, and make sure you keep in touch – something which will be made a little easier by the fact that your other half still works with us – you can run, but you can’t hide…!
