We appreciate that the severity of the current Covid-19 pandemic is increasing daily, and this will obviously have far-reaching implications across the board. However Midland Filtration would like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that our service level is staying as high as ever – please see our statement below:
COVID-19 READINESS
Much is being made in the press of the anticipated economic effects of the Covid-19 Coronavirus outbreak, and – quite rightly – many of our clientele share a concern over the strength of their supply chain should the worst-case scenario happen.
Since the first concerns over the potential effect of Brexit Midland Filtration has been working with all of our raw material manufacturers to ensure a full continuity of product is both conceivable and achievable. In many ways much of the work in preparation for a major setback in our ability to supply throughout a period of uncertainty has therefore already been undertaken.
Our product is in the main sourced and manufactured within the UK, with solid stockholding backing up the requirements of Midland Filtration on a sustainable basis.
In addition, the extra stockholding which we put in place at both our operational depots some 2-3 years ago remains in situ, and is being increased exponentially as a guarantee of our readiness to continue to service the requirements of you our client base.
Further to this our delivery fleet has been extended over these past few months to provide an extra assurance in the event of our carriers struggling to cope with any interim difficulties.
Please be assured that all efforts are being made, and will continue to be made, in both protecting and securing your line of supply of air filter products and associated services throughout any forthcoming crisis.
