On a recent visit to our Scottish branch in East Kilbride our MD Richard Johnson was delighted to be able to congratulate two of our longstanding team members for their contribution so far to Midland Filtration.
Peter Holmes (right) joined us 20 years ago when the Scottish branch was in its infancy so has seen it grow exponentially since then! When he started with us as Sales Support there were only two staff at East Kilbride – now the team has grown to nine and the office is kept exceedingly busy dealing with customers throughout Scotland and Northern Ireland. Peter’s role has also grown as he is now Assistant Branch Manager, and his years of experience and technical knowledge prove useful on a regular basis!
Also celebrating is Tam Gibson (left) who has now reached his 10 year anniversary with us. Tam started off life at Midland as a delivery driver and storeman, and over the years his role has developed to encompass site work as well. These days he is our Warehouse Manager at East Kilbride – an extremely busy position with the amount of stock and deliveries he has to deal with on a daily basis!
