The
Directors at Midland Filtration are immensely proud of the fact that we have again successfully been deemed to be Investors in People following our recent re-assessment.
We have now held this accreditation since 2004 and cannot stress its importance – the employees are what make Midland the strong company it is and we owe it’s continued success to them.
Specific comments were made in the assessor’s report of “efforts made by the Directors to give people of all abilities chance to develop their skills and confidence” and “family friendly policies and procedures”, both of which are priorities of ours and we are therefore very happy that our team think we’re getting it right!
We shall as ever continue to do our utmost to ensure that Midland Filtration is a great place to work – happy staff usually ensure happy customers so everyone benefits!
